Heather’s Hat

Thankfully the weather was fine enough to allow play on Wednesday 5 December for this year’s Heather’s Hat competition.  Twenty two ladies competed in the annual Christmas-themed nine-hole competition with seven more joining in the post-game festivities.

Lots of colourful hats and woolly Christmas jumpers were on show and everyone seemed to embrace the seasonal fun.

Winners of the golf were: 1st – Dianne Patterson; 2nd – Anne Wynn and 3rd – Lady Captain Rosie McCrea.

Prizes were won for best hat/s too – by Pauline McWilliams, Moyra Evans and Christine Martin.
