Open Week – Sunday 9th – Saturday 15th June 2024
Open Week is one of the highlights of the Rockmount calendar and this year’s event takes place from Sunday 9th June to Saturday 15th June 2024.
Timesheets open for members at 7.45pm on Thursday 2nd May and Visitors at 7.45 on Thursday 9th May. Price for all members competitions is £7 and visitors range between £20 – £30 depending on the day and competition.
As usual, we kick off with Mixed Greensomes on Sunday 9th. If you don’t normally play in mixed competitions, this could be the time to start! If you don’t have a partner, we’ll do our best to match you up with someone.
Gents Seniors and Ladies Waltz on Monday 10th is always a popular day.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are Open Stableford competitions.
Friday 14th is a Team Scramble. Always a fun but competitive competition. Open to Ladies, Gents Mixed teams. We’ll also have a BBQ running all day (weather dependent!)
We have some fantastic prizes in our charity draw which runs throughout the week in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support NI. Entries cost only £5

This year we plan to have a prize giving, charity draw and entertainment by the fantastic Ronan McSorley on Friday 14th between 7pm and 10pm
Our prize giving and entertainment on Friday evening is a great chance to socialise with friends and show our support to Anil and Sanjay as they work hard to re-establish Rockmount as a top class restaurant.
Your support and participation in Open Week is always critical to a successful week. Why not make a big effort to bring some visitors and let them enjoy our marvellous course and hospitality.
