The second Rockmount Play in Pink Day was held in August and it proved to be an enormous success, raising £1,350 for Breast Cancer Research.
Actually played over two days to maximise the fun – and the fundraising – members embraced the theme for a great cause.
A multitude of fabulous pink outfits were brought out to liven up the fairways with prizes for the ‘best dressed’ man and for ‘best dressed’ woman. Lots of other prizes were contested for and the ladies top prize of beautiful colourful Play in Pink umbrella was won by Ciara Agnew.
Big Pink Hamper raffle was very well supported, surpassing expectations and was won by Jane Cahoon!
