Getting into the mood of the season, Rockmount held a spookily themed quiz on October 30.
Lots of members came along with friends and family to support the quiz in aid of the ladies’ club. Ladies’ club captain Alwyn Higham thanked all those who supported and said: “It really was a fun evening, the dining room and beyond was full and there were plenty of laughs and much banter.”
Men’s vice captain, Colin Childs and his wife, Olwen did a fabulous job devising and running the quiz and keeping order. They never fail to deliver an entertaining quiz.
Organising the successful event and super raffle was ladies’ club vice captain, Moya Sloan, she also won best dressed lady, if anyone recognised her! Men’s captain, Michael won best dressed man for his fabulous look!
